90 maxima signals

i just bought a 90 maxima , my signals dont work i was told to get a new flash and i did but i cant find where it goes unless i was sold the wrong one, i checked the bulbs and their fine one thing is if my lights are on and i signal a light goes on in the front but its not flashing or does it show in my dash so im stuck with no signal or hazards. any one in has any advise please help and if ur in the new york area thanx.

If hazard switch stuck halfway down, no signals. Check push
