just curious

I have had a 90 CRX SI (my second) for about 6 months now and while driving to work the gear shift knob came off in my hand. Upon closer inspection whoever had the car before me has actually cut the shifter. So now the knob is only held on by some good ol duct tape. But why would someone cut a stock shifter. Never seen that before.

Re: just curious

Because they're retarded and think they're making a short shifter but all they're really doing is being a ricer.

Go get a new shifter and bolt it up then get yourself a regular shift knob and screw it on.

Re: just curious

I have a short shifter for sale if you want. $15 shipped, let me know if you want it. Stock thread so your knob will go right on.
