It looks like they bought a feels front bumper for another car and cut it in half to work on that car.

I don't think so. I've seen several accords with this lip kit, and I don't think all of them had the exact same custom opinion for their kit. I think it is bought that way. Let me know. Here is a link with more pics of the kit.http://www.accordracing.com/photogal...yle/index.html
