Help needed - Brabham BT50
Hello,
I've just bought a tamiya 1:20 Brabham BT50 kit, and I need help with but one thing : The side pod's under-surface... what colour is it? The instructions do specify to "paint the center section of under surface white", and the sort-of wheel guard in semi-gloss black, but there's no instruction as for the underside of the pods. Can anyone help with this? |

On the acctual car they are carbon fiber, so if you are not using carbon fiber decals then I would paint them semi-gloss black.
Here is a good reference to a Brabham BT49...not exactly the same car(differnt engine) but body materials is mostly the same, i think http://www.gurneyflap.com/bt49-photo1.html under "side pods" there is a good picture of the under side of a side pod ~G |
