Bye Bye Coffee.....
Jeez, i started drinking coffee ever since i was 17 working full time jobs....now i'm 24 and i think i'm gonna quit it... I usually drink a 20oz in the morning from 7-11 or dunkin...then a small cup mid day....here's why i'm gonna quit it..
Brace Yourself...... IT MAKES ME SH*T MY BRAINS OUT....IT'S A NATURAL LAXATIVE... Lol, seriously anyone else have THAT problem with coffee..? I used to think that i just "did #2 alot..like 3-4 times a day".....turns out it is indeed the coffee, it's a diarhetic..it causes dehydration and that makes you sh*t.. I thought i was the only one that had this problem until i went to www.ask.com and typed in COFFEE MAKES ME SH*T..lol.

It's not the coffee thats making you spend alot of time in the thinking/reading room, its the caffene in it. If you drink alot of soda it will do the same thing to you.

Yeah i was reading about caffene, very true. Not only that, someone said anything HOT will basically jar-up your stomach/digestive system.....
It's been over 24 hours since i stopped coffee..hell i don't even drink soda anymore. Lol, i'll be saving like $21 a week ($3 a day=2 coffee's), $84 a month..lol...ON COFFEE. Sometimes you gotta take a step back and look at things, sheesh...

If you put cream or something in your coffee, that could be causing it. I use to drink one cup, and then have to go to the bathroom but then I'd be fine.
At work we have a coffee machine that makes, Regular, Decaf, Mocha Coffee, Espresso, and French Vanilla Cappacino (my pic). It's all free and I have 2 to 3 a day usually. Sometimes none, but it just tastes so damn good.

Wow you know you can buy a can of coffee at the store for like 5 bucks and you'll get a lot of cups out of it! $84 a month on coffee you are crazy! Well who am I to say anything I spend like $150 a month on smokes. Damn me and my need for nicotine. Peace-
