prelude questions!!!!!!!need info!!!!

if i had a 88-91 prelude. not an si. what mods can be done either than the i/h/e to make it really fast. no swapping. and i have a budget of 2000. thanks!

that motor is pretty weak, and finding an intake and header is more than a chore. 2k budget means swap something in.
