Ok, The Keyless Entry Remote For My 1998 Chrysler Sebring Jxi Convertible Crapped Out Last Year. The Battery In The Remote Is Brand New And Has Full Power. I Have Tried To Resyncronize The Remote Going By What The Owners Manual Says To Do. That Didn't Work!!! Anyone Have Any Suggestions As To What I Should Try Next??

Re: Keyless Entry Problem
you probally need to get it reprogrammed. the dealer charges 150.00 look on the net maybe you can find out how to do it. I bought a new one for our 2000 windstar. You had to turn the ingintion switch so many time s to get to program mode then push a sieries on button on the remote then it worked good luck.

Re: Keyless Entry Problem
Did you drop the remote in water or something? It sounds like the remote died and replacing the batteries isn't bringing it back to life.

Re: Keyless Entry Problem
The 2002 service manual has directions to program that sound similar to the person who replied regarding the Windstar. If you're interested in giving it a shot send me an email and i'll type 'em out. They're a bit lengthy. [email protected]
