gas smell at idle when stopped and running

I am having a (raw) gas smell coming in through the vents when i am at idle and setting still . I can not see a leak the dodge dealership has had 5 mechanics look at it for countless hours and they smell it as well but can not find it . It it so strong that you can not set in the van through a red light change . need help where to look and or what to try.????

What year and engine size? There was a fuel rail recall for '96, '97, '98 and possibly more years for LEAKING fuel rails on the 3.8L motor that could and have caused engine fires. Ask a dealer... the fix was free for me and may be for you as well. Do it before your vehicles explodes and burns to the road!

The problem only occurs during cold weather. The leak is at the fuel supply line hose connection on the passenger side of the engine compartment. The o-ring in the fancy snap on connector leaks during cold weather. My solution was to remove the expensize factor hose and replace it with a rubber fuel line hose and two fuel line clamps. Worked perfectly, with no leaks for last two years. You must use the hose and clamps listed for use with fuel injection systems.
