VN Commodore Electrical Problems

Basically My battery light is on, everything electrical runs slower / dimer , car has problems kicking over sometimes and it may cut out all together while driving. Ive just gotten a new battery and I've re-earthed the car. Gonna take it into the shop this week.

Any help would be appriciated.
