O2 sensor problem
hello guys! need a little help with the o2 sensor, i dont know where to conect the wire for the mixture gauge on a 99 GS-R two door, i have an autometer mixture gauge and has only 3 wires red, black and purple, i know the purple is the one to conect to the O2 sensor, but there are 2 sensors and only 1 wire, so wich one is it? or is there a way to conecit to the ECU? its a P72 by the way.

Re: O2 sensor problem
pin d7. primary o2 sensor. white wire.
the one between knock sensor(red D6) and iat (brown D8). PS: an AF gauge wired into the o2 signal is really, not worth the money.

Re: O2 sensor problem
well if its not D7, then its got to be A6. just too many damn wiring for one mind to hold. its clouded sometimes. if its not A6, then i dont know what else to tell you.
a narrowband AF gauge will only give you a light show. it is at least useful for telling you when your PO2 has crapped out on you. other than that, if your looking for an accurate way to see your AFRs, use a wideband.
