Pics of my cars

just thought id hop on the bandwagon and post a couple pics of my work too. Here is my Calsonic Skyline R34. let me know what you think.
the driver is from the fujimi drivers set. i had to reposition his arms so that one arm was on the wheel and one on the shifter.

Nice looking models. Like the driver figure in the race car...adds a bit of class to it.

The Calsonic Skyline and the CLK are particularly great.

Decals are half the fun! I bought the Calsonic Skyline so i could make a "calsonic skyline". same thing with the benz. to each his own.

Good Job!!

I made a Calsonic R34 too, and the color is different from yours. Maybe its the lighting? Yours seems alittle too bright, or maybe its just me

I have to admit, I think you may have a point. the shade is a bit on the lighter side. I did use the Tamiya spray paint that the kit instructions suggested: TS-44/Brilliant Blue. The only difference is that i sprayed the paint into a bottle and used my airbrush instead of the can. I mixed the can for like 3 minutes before i did it too. still, the pictures that i took were taken on a very sunny day either outdoors or by a window. I have another can of TS-44 fpr a fujimi calsonic R32. we'll see how that turns out (when i get around to it). Your's looks great and the color is closer to the real thing. thanks for noticing

OOPS there, that's not a pic of my model, sorry That's just a picture I found in google. But mine does look darker than yours. I sprayed it right out of the can. Put about 3 coats, how about you, how many coat is on your R34?
