5281 windshield wiper pump

My 528i wiper fluid is not pumping. I assumed it is the windshield wiper pump. Any suggestions? Also, I was trying to locate the pump. Please
help.

1. You have fluid? Make sure the things is full
2. Have you checked the fuses?
3. Do you have power to the pump?

What year is it I can tell u where the pump is.
