Is there no front diffy in 2WD?

Hi,

I have 2002 redoe LS 3.2L 2WD model.
In last week, I went to jiffy lube to change diffy fluid. But technician told me you just change rear diffy fluid. 2WD model have no front diffy gear.

Is it right? I'm very curious about it.
