Question Turn signal flasher/relay/module?

1988 Buick Park Avenue Electra

Turn Signals

None work. Instrument panel indicators do not light. However, side markers do light when signal is turned on. So switch must be okay.

Hazard flashers do operate fine.

Prior to TS's stopping working they did flash eratically; almost as if stuck.

New flasher? Where is it located?

I'm having the same problem on my 1992. I had the left front blinker bulb burn out but none of the lights will flash. I replaced it and it still will not light, nor will any of the lights blink. Hazards do work. All fuses are fine.

Could it be a short in the steering column? What can be done to correct it?
