94 GTC Grill Removal... need help

I have a 94 GTC convertible that I need to remove the LOWER grill (the one in back of the license plate assembly) in order to install some driving lights. Can anyone tell me how to get it out? Hopefully, the bumper doesn't need to come off. All replies are appreciated. Thanks!!

I haven't looked on mine yet, but generally there are retaining clips that hold the lower grill to the bumper. Unfortunately the only way I've found to get them off so far is to break them and buy new ones when it's time to put it back on.

Thanks for the reply. As an FYI to anyone else, there are 3 5/16 bolts on the top of the grill, and 4 on the bottom. The top ones you can barely see, the bottom ones you can't see at all. Once all 7 bolts are out, the grill will come out.

Ahh, see, I was going off of what my wife's ford had on it. Figures that I need to break stuff on a ford and only remove stuff on a chrysler.
