intake legal in california? Make it legal? umm im not sure about that...why don't you just go and buy yourself a legal intake system. There are many companies that sells them. Injen for one.

you can't make an illegal intake legal, you have to buy a legal one that comes with a CARB Certification sticker.

i'm sure glad that i don't live in Cali.....i can do anything to my car and i don't have to worry about smog tests and shit like that!

There was a discussion about this on some other board a while back, you can take it into a CARB testing facility and have it tested and certified, but it will cost more than its worth. When you go in to get inspection just put your stock one back on.
