Nitto 555 Extreme
Does anyone have Nitto 555 extremes? If so do you like them, If not want do you suggest. I am limited on brand/style because of the size (255/45ZR-17). It will be mostly dry, some wet no snow. They will be going on my '94 Cobra, I don't take it to the track, but I do corner pretty hard.

Re: Nitto 555 Extreme
I have nitto 555 extreme drags on my 94 gt edelbrock heads intake b21 anderson ford cam vortech strim power pipe 42#injectors 450+rwhp
if you get them warm like annihilate 1st gear for about 30 ft.You still have to feather first but second I can smash the pedal wide open and they hold like glue. They also are fantastic for everday driving they hold in the rain good and are great at high speeds.Oh by the way I have 275/40/17 on the rear only ive got 255/45/17 fusion zri in front |

Re: Nitto 555 Extreme
The DR's really need 15 PSI and a John Force burnout to hook.
As for the regular street radials, they're pretty good tires but watch the sizes, they run skinny for their advertised prices...
