resistor pack?

Where may I find some information about a resistor pack on my 1998 durango?

what kind of information are you looking for? I have replaced two of them so far in my 01. The last replacement being about 3 hours ago? let me know exactly what you want to know.

Thanks Eric, I found out my problem was a loose ground way up under the dash/glovebox!!
