Talking First time modeler

Hello everyone. I just started diving deeper and deeper into scale model cars/motorcycles. I would enjoy posting pictures but I have a problem with resizing, if anyone can help let me know. Also I am in GA so if anyone has model car shows/g2g I'd very much like going to them when I am able. Thanks for the help, Josh

Re: First time modeler

welcome to AF!

when you take pictures open it with any photo editing software and crop of unnecessary parts of the photo. it will reduce the size. also, if you compress the pictures the size becomes smaller. through a photo editing program you should also be able to set the size of the picture(like the height and width of it).

Welcome. Where in Georgia are you located? We have a club called ACME (Atlanta Car Modeling Enthusiasts). We meet once a month at the Smyrna Community Center. www.acme-ipms.com For more details.

We are also hosting the Southern National NNL. Its a huge show. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=456432 for details.

Re: First time modeler

I'm in Monroe, GA, It's roughly 15 minutes from Athens. So we have a large scale model following in GA? Hmm, small world after all

Hopefully you can attend the show. I will be there with my stuff, among several others from across the country. Its a great place to start and get inspired.
