93 blinkers dont work

blinkers dont work replaced bulbs. emerency light work, if i press down with my hand up and down the light goes on and off. also at night when driving light do turn on but still dont blink when set to do so. any suggestions thank you

By you working the emergency light with your hand it seems like your turn signal/emergency switch is bad but I would definitely check the flasher(s) first.

where would the flashers be located in the car?

on the lower backside of the dash, you may have to remove the cover by the pedal area to gain good access.

i cant find anything under dash to resemble the flashers. can you describe it better.

the flasher is the typical round can shape, it's mounted to the backside of the dash down by the drivers side sound insulator close to the center console. You need to remove a panel by the pedals so you can get to the wiring and everything else behind the dash, once you remove it you can either look at the backside of the dash and try finding the flasher close to the center console or you can remove the sound insulator panel and get a better view of things. Let me know if you still can't find it, I can post a pic of it's location.
