I am looking at a 99 Passat with 91,000 miles. I've never purchased a Volkswagen and I'm wanting some advise whether or not this is a good buy. The asking price is 7,999. I'm nervous about a car with so many miles what do you think about the Passat and mileage, is it an issue. Should I buy or not? What questions should I ask and what should I look for before buying?
