2002 subaru wrx exhausts!!!!!!
sup ppl,
ill be getting my wrx soon and i was just wondering what type of exhausts you use, or recommend?? i am looking for a piercing throaty sound like some of those cars in fast & furious.....i want a durable exhaust that gives off sound and performance.... what kind do you boiz use, or recommend? any advice will help, thanks :bandit:

you realize that if you install any other exhaust than the one subaru offers, you will void your warranty, right? subaru is *anal* about aftermarket stuff for the wrx. thats why i didn't buy one.

Quite true Idelaysionl, a friend of mine even got his dealership to put his new exhaust on when he went in to get a new clutch
 As for what exhaust, do you want the dual tip or single tip look? If you want double M2 makes a really nice sounding and low profile dual tip, as does MRT. Both of them make single tip aswell. I like Apex'i and Blitz for single tips though.

well, the only subaru dealership where i am from (edmonton, ab, canada) told me if they noticed anything aftermarket on my car at all (ie while it was being serviced) then my warranty on my engine was VOID. not if and when something happened, but straight out void. maybe subaru canada has different policies than subaru in the states.

| | i doubt they'd know if they were the exact same bbs's...those things are overpriced if you buy them from subaru. they are mighty fine lookin wheels though.

$3000 canadian (so ~1500 american)...i am almost positive that is without tires. i bet you could get them through a bbs dealer for hundreds cheaper.

Yep the people are right as metioned above.
The only way you can get your warranty void is if you take it out another country. So mod away, dont let those pesky dealers (if applicable) stop you from modding
