6000 k HID kit for 03 cavalier

to tell everyone the truth, 03-05 stock headlights SUCK and i wanted to ask a few questions about HID kits. i found a 6000k kit for the 9007 bulb for 300, good price? it was from hidynamic.com. anybody heard of them and or have experience w/ HID kits in general? will the bulbs burn the plastic housing and turn signal lights? and i also heard they are illegal? even if they are im proly gonna get some anyways, i just wanted to ask a couple questions to get a better understanding of them in general. any response is appreciated.

Why dont u check E-bay for HID lights. BE CAREFUL though some of them are junk and fake. However i was able to find some for 75 bucks and they where i believe 8500k or 8000k whatever it is cant remember.
