Rough idle, service engine light

I have a 93 Astro extended with a "W" in the Vin#.

It idles rough and did not pass emmissions at idle, but passed at the higher speed.

I am also getting the service engine light coming on and going off as I drive. It gives a 32 and a 43 code.

Any suggestions as to where I should start? Plugs? wires? Cap and rotor?

32 is the egr, take it off and try cleaning any carbon build up on pintle and seat, if this sticks, can cause your symptoms, 43 gets more complicated but usually wouldn't cause your condition.
