Help with transmission fluid leak!

I have a 96 Aurora with 92000miles on it. The past couple of days, I've seen some puddles (about the size of 3 or 4 quarters) under the car when I park it.

It definately doesn't seem to be coming from the transmission pan. The pan has a little buildup on it but it doesn't look like it's leaking this amount of fluid.

The transmission shifts great but when I shift from P to D or R, I can here it click (metal on metal). I checked the fluid and it looks good. I've never had a car make noises like that before and I've never had one leak even a little transmission fluid. Is that normal?
