Unhappy Tail lights/Dashboard lights out

Changed Fuses 3x Each time I change the fuses the lights come on for about 5 seconds then shut off. I have no electrical options i.e. windows, mirrors etc. I just cant figure it out. All other electrical parts work fine i.e.brakes, headlights, blinkers etc. Any Ideas on what else I can try? It would really make my day,
Thanks

Re: Tail lights/Dashboard lights out

Its one of the fuse relay specifically, my dads ford had the same problem on the same fuse, and i think the relays are the same. We just took it to an electrical shop, and there was a short in the system.
