Name That Part!
what the hell is this. my step dad broke it off the other day trying to 'look at' my car. i'll give you a hint...it's located by the rear driver's side wheel.

I cant believe im suggesting this but goto your autoparts store and ask for a new one..
 Usually they'll find out wth the part is, and its alot better than feeling like an idiot here.
