car stalls when in park and revving the engine to 3000 rpms

I have a Honda Accord 4cyl LX 103,000miles, I have changed the oil, plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, rotor and the O2 sensors on the car. What happens now is when I try and rev the engine up to 3000 rpms and then let the pedal go the car will stall I have no problems when I am driving except for a little shake throughout the body of the car when at highway speeds. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should check next?

vac leaks. vac lines in the wrong places. tps. map. inadequate fuel. low compression results would be my first looks.

when you pulled the plugs, how did they look?

The elctrode was worn and carbon build up on the firing end. When I replaced the two O2 sensors the Ideal went down to about 950 from 1000 rpms is this normal. And if the o2 sensors were bad wouldn't this cause a rich fuel mixture which would cause the carbon build up on the plugs?

bad 02 sensors would cause your car to run differently....rich or lean, but if it ran lean, that would definately cause your spark plugs to be covered in carbon
