Cool Interior Conversion Kits

I am interested in some sort of an interior conversion for my E-150 cargo van. Does anyone know of a web site with the information needed to do a homemade conversion or where conversion kits can be found (cheap)? I would like to at least cover the bare metal ribs to cut down on noise and give a little insulation to keep it cooler.

Most van conversion stuff is really expensive. If you have one of those "pick u part" type junk yards near you, you can probably get the wall and floor stuff pretty cheap, but you can probably pick up carpet and pannelling at Home Depot and do it for less. Years ago (I'm talkin '80's) there were plans available from Popular Mechanics for a do it yourself conversion van and about the same time Hot Rod ran some articles about it too. I have looked on the internet in the last few years and not found much.
