hrlp electrical gremilins

when lights are switch onto dipped beam......indiactors (all) come on and stay on.....wipers operate and then stop......fuses seem ok....mechanic cant help...some one please!

Could you be a bit more spesific about the car you have a problem with.ie model year etc
