used car auto deal
Hi,
I live in virginia and I purchased a used car 2003 acura 3.2 tl with 40,700 miles on it from a independent dealer.When I was purchasing he told me as it is under factory warranty and its written in buyers guide.So, I purchased and after purchasing that I went to acura franchise dealer they told factory warranty has been cancelled because of solvage title issued.But the my dealer said in error it issued solvage title.For this deal, I was financed by cap one auto finance and the check I gave to dealer had some problems,so they did not release the funds and after I called them to stop payment.I paid $2000 as downpayment.The dealer called me and told take the car back,so I went there he took the car and asked me to leave without giving any cancellation receipt and my downpayment money. What are my options now? please reply me
