Quick Help!
Will a cylidner head for a 1995 Grand am with a SOHC 2.3L for my 1992 Grand am OHC 2.3?

Yes, it will fit, but there are some other differences between 92 and 95 motors, the thermostat on the 92 is located at the water outlet at the head, and in 95 it is on the back side of the motor. You would have to get the external cooling system lines from the 95 motor for it to work properly as the heater core gets coolant from the water outlet then passes it along to the thermostat.
