what's the best shop manual out there
Hi,
Just wondering I have a diesel Jetta '91... I bought a chiltons book... I have a bunch for the other cars.... I must say.... they must be trying to save on paper or something... I don't think this is a good book....... I like to see pictures...... pictures are good..... Anyway, Can you good folks out there make some suggestions about a decent shop manual... It is a 91 jetta diesel... thanks , Micky |

I have the Bently and Chiltons (I have a gas and a diesel 91). The best manual (it is expensive) is to get a service manual from VW. They put the microfilm version on CD in pdf format and it runs about $110. When it comes down to it, there isn't a better source.
