Hobby Link Japan

Does the staff at Hobby Link Japan kinda suck at returning emails or is it just me? I've emailed them 3 seperate times this week and they still havn't returned my emails. It's happened in the past too. Does anyone else have this problem with HLJ?

You have to remember that they're in Japan so they aren't open for business when you're awake. I even think it's tomorrow there so if you e-mail them on a friday they might have already gone home on the weekend.

I've e-mailed them twice and both times I got responses by the time I woke up the next morning. They were very helpful in their responses, not just form letters.

Yeah, I understand that they're in Japan and I even have one of my watch set on Japan's Time zone for this purpose. I sent them an email on California's Sunday night, California's Tuesday night, and once more last night to see if they'll respond by tonight which will be their Friday morning.

Well, all I can do is wait and see what happens.

I emailed them once and that's about how long it took for me to get a response, but I thought 2-3 days was rather standard.

Yeah, about 2-3 days with HLJ. Hobby search, on the other hand, reply within several hours.
