I think on the 1.9L it's where the speedo cable goes into the tranny. May be same on yours.

Well i found it it was where the spedo cable goes into the trans. Now getting it out i thought i was doing good it was loose and spun around so i wiggled it up and around and out it came only half of it.So does anyone know how to get the bottom half out??
