Foxtrott Uniform Charly Kilo: The Banana Car!?

Can somebody tell me what car that is?

It's C-pillar section first reminded me of a Skyline in the video. But after I took a look at the screenshots, I am sure that it is not a skyline... well....

What do you think?

yeah first thing I thought was early 90's corsica but I don't think they made them in 2-door. then after looking at those rims (kinda look like the old pontiac rims?) I think its a early 90's GM of some kind, possibly old grand am or something similar to the corsica only 2-door?

Re: Foxtrott Uniform Charly Kilo: The Banana Car!?

I thought of a pontiac Sunbird, but the C pillar and window aint the same, rims and car shape is...

Then the Chevrolet Corsica 2-door is called Baretta. But again, the rear side window is strait..

yeah I just thought of the beretta (couldn't remember the name before) however the beretta has the door handle high and vertical I believe whereas the bananna car has it on the door. other than that though its almost a dead ringer. Oh and I don't see how anyone could look at that and see a skyline?

Re: Foxtrott Uniform Charly Kilo: The Banana Car!?

Damn good question, I was thinking early Nissan Sentra, but after further investigations, nope. Now i'm just trying to think of what other two door cars there were in that time period.

Id say grand am.....i overlayed a grand am and the banana car and the lines are almost idenical, i couldn't find a pic of a grand am tho that was at the exact same perspective so that accounts for the offness of the upper portion of the car. i used a 93 grand am

also.... if u watch the video you see a front view of the car and u can see two fog lights under the banana "head" the lights are very similar to the grand ams

and the rims appear to be grand am ones
