OBD II error code P160

I have a 1996 Chevy silverado that service engine light comes on. Hooked up code reader and found only one error P160. Book lists as after cat. converter and no activity.

Just replaced oxygen sensor and cat. converter this spring when the service light came on then. Worked great until now.

Any hints on what may be going on, or how to solve???

Hey man, I love this site. they got all kinds of neat stuff. Look at this manual. http://www.aktoolsandequipment.com/i...D&ProdID=29021
It might just help you. these guys even have powdered gatorade in bags that make 2.5 gallons when you add water. (I'm not that thirsty)
