94 Camry le steering problem
hey everyone, i've been having this weird problem with my camry's steering... it usually only happens when i first crank the car up after its been sitting for a while. But when lets say, i pull out of my driveway/parking spot in reverse, and cut my wheel to get into the road,
as im turning the wheel you can feel/slightly hear a knocking from the front wheels. as if something were delayed in the turning process and it just caught up to the wheels and knocked against them.. its been doing it for about 2 weeks now and got slightly worse today with a few more knocking sounds since i bought the car the steering has always had a delay in the turning like when i make a turn onto a street i have to move the wheel this far | | before it catches when in most other cars i move it this far | | if that makes since anyways once the car has been driving for a few mins it doesnt knock anymore but i still have the delay when taking corners or curves im curious to know how complex this is to fix and whats the pricerange thanks for all of your help oh and i also had the right front cb axel replaced about 3 months ago |
