No Power To Cd Player/radio

Hey, I have a 1999 Ford Explorer, I took out the factory Radio, Installed the cd player, then turned on my car, and I noticed the CD player was getting No Power. So I took out the cd player, and put the original Factory radio back in, and now the radio has no power as well, right away I figured it was a blown fuse, I looked at all the fuses, specifically the one that had to do with the radio, but the fuse was NOT blown. So at first I thought maybe I wired something wrong, when installing the CD Player, but then when I put the radio back in, it had no power as well, so I knew right there, it wasnt my wiring Job. If somebody could give me help I would really appreciate it. Thanks Alot
