Angry blend door broken

I have recently discovered that my blend door inside the heater plenum is broken. Any advise on how to fix problem would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure its the blend door??? It may be the plastic gear box like mine was 56.00 and pull the radio and front bottom console out. Takes about an hour or less... hope this is your case.. if not the door is alot of work... I have a 2001.. windstar

Re: blend door broken

Guys! I found a kit that repairs the broken blend door problem with no dash removal and takes about an hour. The kit is called the HeaterTreater and they have installation videos on youtube. check it out: www.heatertreater.net

Re: blend door broken

Apparently "truckbro" just signed up for the forum to promote his web site. I think 3-4 postings would have been sufficient but 14 is a bit much. It'd be nice if this could get cleaned up so that the original discussions we were having could come back to the top.
