Winter project

Ok everyone id like to thank you first off for looking at this post. Now im a big Dodge/Mitsu fan. I already have an 95 dodge avenger in my driveway but that aint really a speedy vehicle. So i looked around and ive heard lots of good things about Stealths and 3000gts. So i did some research and liked how they had twin turbos and were awd so that made me happy. So i was wondering whether just a few people could give me a breakdown of there cars. Like there mechanical problems (if any), there aftermarket , and just an all around personal opinion on how they like them and how easy they are to work on. Now im gonna buy one of these cars this winter whether its dodge or mitsu so id really like some decent feedback. So bring on the posts

Re: Winter project

lol, I got the Base Stealth... not a lot of HP (164 stock), but more than enough to eat most of the stuff here in Rocky Mount, NC... especially all the rice here in the local scene... then agian, my car isn't stock...

Re: Winter project

Well... I guess we can gripe about our cars here...

Second gear syncho sucks... If you have the stock one get it replaced as soon as you can...

The IAC needs to be cleaned regularly (otherwise you get funny idling).

What other car runs the water pump off the timing belt?!?

Turbo plumbing is really "fun" if you accidently drop something in the engine bay.

Seems like most people master cylinder to the clutch leaks if it hasn't been replaced (I guess it's not fault of the car but it's age).

These is probably more but actually, I really do like my car... After replace half a dozen or so things when you buy it, it runs like a dream... But I have a Stealth RT non-turbo...
