2002 grand cherokee 4.7 rough idle/ even worse in drive

Idle seems to flucuate when in park and it gets worse when in drive especially sitting at a stoplight. replaced the TPS and the Idle speed motor and that changed nothing. any suggestions before I put it in the shop again...

I'm having the same issue with my 02 Jeep w/4.7. I have 60,000 miles on it. Would a simple tune-up do the trick? -Thanks

There is a TSB for 4.7L jeeps on this very issue. Check it out here:
