security light

Whats this light mean? It came on the other day when I was driving. Restatrted the car and went away , but I was wondering what its function is.

It goes on when you lock your TB with the key fob, showing you that your security system is active. I have no clue what would cause it to go on while driving, and have never heard of it happening before.
