2003 Honda Civic Making Clicking Noise

Hey people, I am very new to this type of forum and with the trouble I experienced the last day, I was just curious as to what maybe the problem I am experiencing here.
I am having trouble with my car. I was wondering if anyone would know what is wrong with this issue. I went out and tried to start it and it just makes this *click click click click* noise and does not start whatsoever. I had someone from a garage come and tried to give her a boost. When we tried giving her a boost, the clicking noise was not created, instead the engine was trying to start, but it didn't actually kick in, it just made that starting noise.
I also noticed that I had a full tank of gas, but now when the car is turned on, the gauge is reading between half and full. Which I assume, for some reason, the car lost about a quarter tank of gas.
Does anyone know exactly what maybe the cause of this?

Where did this gas go?
Click Click like the starter click???
Did you check the battery, plugs, ignition, alternator, voltage check?

I have no clue where the gas went. It was perfectly fine, no issues at all. It was on full, now it reads that a quarter tank was used (which it wasn't). It does sound like *Click Click* as in the started. We checked the battery and tried to give her a boost, the engine was starting but the car didn't turn on, keep in mind the engine was trying to start.

ur battery is dead....just either charge that one and wait for it till it starts...or drop a new one it...as for your gas....i have no clue....

I had the car checked out and fixed. Apparently the battery was gone. It was on warranty and it covered half the price, which is good. The Honda Technician also tried to give her a boost, but to no avail would the car start. The battery was totally gone, so he replaced it and the car started which is good!
