car almost boggs out
in wet weather, car runs really rough, until engine warms up, could thid mean new plugs and wires are needed, car is a 93 eagle vision.

check your air snorkel that goes into the throttle body; make sure no water is getting inside that snorkel. Also check around your throttle body itself and make sure it's not all black and nasty, that could also cause your problem.
