No Heat! on drivers side

I have a 1998 regal gs. There is no heat on the drivers side. Everything is normal on the passenger side!? What is wrong?

What HVAC system do you have? Manual with dual climate or the digital dual climate?

There is a temperature actuator controlled by the temperature settings on the HVAC control head which opens or closes vent doors allowing hot/warm air from the heater core. One for the driver's side and one for the passenger side. The driver's side actuator is located in the dash to the left of the center console. When you adjust temperature and listen very carefully in the dash area you should be able to hear the actuator move. They make a slight buzzing or motor sound.

Also make sure the vacuum lines are OK.

Hey, I have a 94 Regal and have had no heat, too. Every once in a while, when the drivers side lever is on hot and it's cold, I move the lever, fast- back and forth from hot to cold a few times and presto---Heat.

Maybe a good suggestion if it was a manual system, however, there's one problem with that. He doesn't have any levers or knobs to move back n forth. It's a digital climate control system with automatic temperature control where you set the desired temperature.
