ignition timing

I have a 99 altima. I was wondering if it had adjustable timing. If it does I was wanting to advance it two or three degrees to get a little better performance. Thanks for the help!!

you can adjust your timming. It's not recommended though..With a timming light you will see you are running at 15 degree's ATDC .you really can go alittle more but your motor will probbablly start to ping .

Just have to loosen the 2 12mm bolts and turn it.. GL but i would leave well enough alone

thanks for the help!. I was going to switch to 93 octane gas before I do this so hopefully that will keep the engine from pinging.
