Question 2001 Convertible (top)

My convertible top on the right hand side continuously comes loose. I'm thinking that it happens because it is on the passenger side and a little hard to reach and lock down which makes me wonder what I should do differently. In the interim though, I am tired of paying the service dept. to fix it. How can I tighten up my top locking mechanism myself?

Thank you for any and all responses.
