Hay guys i got a slight problem installing my racing harness into my 91 MR2 if anybody else has done this or could tell me how to do this it would be great.
Also any pics would come in handy Thanks a million |

check the thread in my sig.
you'll need to make/buy a harness bar. the side belts mount in the stock places.

You can also mount the shoulder harnesses through the firewall, but I would recommend a harness bar.

I thought of that but its to thin and wouldn't be much help under race conditions

That's why you put beefy washers on both sides.
As for it not holding up under race conditions, MR24RE has been doing the hillclimb races with them mounted this way on three of his MR2s. Not only has it been fine for racing, but you may have seen his video where he rolled the car at 110 mph ... belts were fine.
