even-fire or odd-fire engine

i have a 98 jimmy 4.3L v6 i'm buying a msd ignition but i need to know if my truck has an even-fire enigne or an odd-fire engine.

Or wired the light incorrectly, then you have an "on-fire" engine..

I didnt know we drove fire engines, so should i paint mine red and hook up a hydraulic hose pump?
